We are glad to announce the 14^th Workshop on Electron Beam Lithography for Applications in Nanotechnology held at Raith facilities in Dortmund, Germany.

Electron Beam Lithography (EBL) and Nanofabrication are fundamental techniques for research and development. Today many different types of application have already been performed with e-beam lithography and Nanoengineering tools. The scope of this workshop is to give an overview of state-of-the-art applications and results produced from such systems. The workshop opens with a basic introduction into EBL technique and closes with hands-on session using various Raith equipment.

In order to make the meeting as lively and beneficial as possible for you, the invited speakers will present highlights of their current work, which are made on Raith EBL tools like e_LiNE, RAITH150, RAITH50, ELPHY Plus and ELPHY Quantum. During the workshop dinner and the coffee breaks you will also have a possibility to talk with the speakers about their experience with Raith ebeam lithography systems.

The meeting should be as efficient as possible. We therefore have to limit the amount of participants. If you already work with Raith tools and consider yourself a “user”, a regularly organised User meeting might be more useful for you. Dates for user meetings are announced separately.

We will take care of your culinary needs during the workshop.

Deadline for registration will be February 6^th, 2008.

An early registration is appreciated and helps us organising the event. Therefore you have to pay only EUR 90.00 (incl. 19 %VAT) if you register before January 18^th, 2008.
